Are free users missing features?
No. Linking a physical product only adds photo, audio, and Dear Mail capacity—not locked tools.
What is Dear Mail?
Your pet gets an address like lucky@my.pawsdear.com. Family sends letters from whitelisted emails. Attach photos only (JPEG, PNG, WebP), up to 5 MB each. For videos, upload to YouTube and paste the link in the letter—we’ll show it on the page. Free pages include 10 MB of mailbox space; a linked tag adds 40 MB more.
Can strangers spam the page?
Dear Mail uses a sender whitelist. Guest tributes go through your approval queue.
How do physical products connect?
Each keepsake has a short Physical ID. Link it once from your memorial or dashboard to expand storage and enable QR/NFC open.
Can I create a page while they’re still with me?
Yes. Passed date is optional if they’re still with you. Sympathy notes and Send a Pat appear after you add it. Dear Mail stays available as a family mailbox.
Where is the page hosted?
Pages are hosted on Cloudflare’s global network. Tagged memorials stay online for at least 10 years from the day you link your Physical ID.
